By accessing and using the Modhuban Cineplex website and ticket booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Tickets can only be purchased through the official Modhuban Cineplex website.
• Each user may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.
• Seats are temporarily locked for 20 minutes during the payment process. Failure to complete payment will release the seats.
• Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi phone number to register and use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OTP verification codes.
• Modhuban Cineplex reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be fraudulent or abusive.

All visitors to Modhuban Cineplex must comply with the following:

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the cinema hall.
• Recording of any film or content shown is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during screenings.
• Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

All content on this website — including logos, images, and text — is the property of Modhuban Cineplex. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Modhuban Cineplex shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed shows due to traffic, technical difficulties, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
