Refund Policy

Effective from February 2025

1. No Refund After Purchase

All ticket sales at Modhuban Cineplex are final. Once a ticket has been purchased and payment has been confirmed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Show Cancellation by Modhuban

In the rare event that Modhuban Cineplex cancels a scheduled show, affected customers will be eligible for a full refund or a complimentary ticket for a rescheduled show, at the customer's discretion.

Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Technical Payment Failures

If a customer's payment was deducted but no ticket was issued due to a technical error, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Proof of payment (bKash transaction ID)
  • Phone number used for the transaction
  • Show details (date & time)

We will investigate and issue a refund or ticket within 3–5 working days.

4. Lost or Misplaced Tickets

Lost or misplaced digital tickets are the responsibility of the customer. Modhuban Cineplex will not issue replacement tickets or refunds for lost tickets. Please check your profile's My Tickets section for your booking details.
